Violet Smith comes from a well-known family in the wizarding world, due to the simple fact they have relations to the great Godric Gryffindor. But Violet shocks everyone as she is placed not in Gryffindor house, but in Ravenclaw instead.

Now as Violet enters her fifth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, news is spreading that Voldemort is back, or at least, that's what the famous Harry Potter claims. Although half the wizarding world doesn't seem so sure, Violet has a feeling Harry wouldn't lie about such a thing.

Unfortunately, Violet doesn't realise the real consequences for her and her family if Voldemort does come back, all because of a secret only Voldemort himself and Violet's great grandfather are aware of.
