"NO! Tell me the truth, Raven. Why did you come back?!" Tai shouted at her, not caring that she was already whimpering. She never saw him this violent. "It's because I wanted to protect her. I wanted to protect Yang." she answered in a breaking voice.
"If you wanted to, then why did you leave?!"
"I needed to. To tell my father that I couldn't accept being the leader of the tribe. I was going to tell him that I broke one of the rules of being a bandit. But when he found out about the rule, he told me that he was going to accept it and that he was still going to be a father to me. But tell me, Tai, does this look like what a father does to his own child." she said, taking her shirt off as she turned around to reveal the scars and stitches on her back. Some of them were still bleeding.
Tai stopped didn't shout at her anymore. He was speechless. He never knew Raven could ever be broken. He knew she was telling the truth. The proof was right in front of him.
"What do you mean...... 'you broke one of the rules'?" he asked sincerely. "Raven, what rule did you break?"
