They call me Anna. My real name is Anna Maria Sadita. I'm a banshee. If you don't know what a banshee is, basically I'm like any normal regular girl, but I just have the nagging feeling all the time that someone near me is going to die, which usually ends in me screaming really loud and someone dropping dead in front of me. I have a pet Basilisk. He's a lizard that kills people by his stare, but by his choice. His name is Basil. Most of the time I keep him blind folded because he likes to play 'games', and then I get in trouble. But it's okay, he can feel vibrations and he knows where to go. I trained him well.

Anna and Basil have been living on their own for as long as they can remember. It's just how they roll. But when they stumble upon the city of the united, she can't help but feel sad, she is the only banshee left in existence. And that could lead to a lot of problems for young Anna and Basil. Especially with her all seeing eye.
