Sasuke was there, right next to her. He finally decided to show up after such a long time but it didn't make her happy, not in the slightest. "So, are you never going to answer my question?" She spat bitterly. She licked her lips, tasting her salty tears. She has waited for him for more than two weeks. She has been mentally begging him to appear out of nowhere everyday, to just show up. She has been staying each night at the bridge, searching for a sign, but it never came.
Sasuke never came.
And now he was here, yet he still remains silent. He was contemplating whether he should tell her the truth or not. He warned her about this. He knew that they shouldn't be attached to each other like this. Sakura didn't listen while he selfishly enjoyed the company of someone that he knew he didn't deserve.
Sasuke swallowed the lump in his throat as he took off his jacket. He placed it over her head as he grasped the courage not to let his voice break when he said the next words:
"Goodbye," And with that, he walked away from her for the last time.

Sakura's POV I walked straight to the north side of the fountain. Tears flooded my emerald eyes, as it streamed down my face. Hopelessly wishing on the fountain, holding a penny. Sasuke's POV I was at the south part of the wishing fountain on our neighborhood park. I felt guilty, anger, pity and confusion. I should've been there for her. I messed up, a lot. This is the only thing left I could think about doing. ~~~ "I wish she would come back." Sasuke threw a penny, as a teardrop fell from his face, regretting what he had done. ... "I wish they would know the truth about her and that they would know what I'm feeling right now." Sakura threw her penny. She wiped her tears off of her hopeless face. The two walked away in different directions. Not knowing that the person they wanted to see was so close. ----- What could've happened? Why was their last hope was making a wish on a fountain? Why couldn't they just talk to each other? Find out the answers throughout the story. This is my first fan fiction and english is NOT my first language so, sorry if I have many grammatical errors. The setting will take place on Konohagakure High School. This is a Naruto fan fiction and the couples are obvious, I suppose. I do NOT own Naruto, Masashi Kishimoto does. "Naruto!" Sasuke gasped. "Have you seen Sakura?" "That's..." Kakashi cut Naruto off with his hand, waving him down. "That's actually why we came here... actually." Kakashi said. "Until further notice; your mission that you were to go on is not happening." Sasuke just looked at Kakashi, he wasn't known for stopping a mission unless something terrible was happening. "What happened to my Fiance..." Sasuke murmured. He wanted to inch his hand to his sword. He wanted something physical to attack. His anger was smothered in fear. "What would you think Karin would want with Sakura...?" Kakashi murmured. Kairn? What did she have to do with any of this. "I... I honestly wouldn't know... I don't keep up with them anymore. Why?" "Because Sakura was reported to be knocked out in a red headed girls arms just this morning, they tried to catch up to her, but failed." Kakashi murmured, Naruto grabbed Sasuke's arms and pinned them to his sides. Everyone knew Sasuke was about to act irrationally. Sasuke was wordless, he didn't know what to do. His mind raced. They couldn't catch up to Karin? They couldn't save her? He knew there was something they weren't telling him. "What the fuck.... you told me she was safe in this damn village!" Sasuke yelled. My Moonlight (Sasuhina)
Behind those cold and distance onyx eyes, she saw his guilt and pain. And she simply soothed his pain away. As if it was as simple as breathing. With those warm smiles and kind eyes, she made him realize that he was more than just a hollow demon consumed by regrets. She showed him that he had a heart. And when he told her that it's wounded deeply, she simply smiled and showed hers. Filled with cuts and thorns just like his. Sasuke wanted to know how could she smile so brightly when she was broken inside. How she could still be kind when the world has been cruel to her. She simply told him. That she refuses to turn bitter because of the cruel world. Because that's not who she is. And that' what she will never be. With each passing day he spent with her, he saw himself slowly stop picking up the shattered pieces and putting them back together. He saw himself letting go of what's gone. And appreciate what he had at this moment. He found himself starting over, Becoming a person he wanted to be instead of being someone the world forced him to be. He found his black and white world became a colorful landscape. Smiles adorned his once tightly sealed lips. And the emptiness was replaced with joy. He came to appreciate the sunny mornings in winter and a cold iced tea in summer. The moment when he stopped letting the world to change him, the world changed into a better one for him.

And just like that, they were gone. Hinata sighed, "I miss them already." Sasuke enveloped her in a hug, "I'm going to miss those brats too." Hinata bit her lower lip. She pecked his cheek and took a hold of his hand. She silently led him inside the house and up to his room. "What are you doing?" "I miss them so much," Hinata said as she shut his bedroom door. "As do I but they had to go back to their own time," an oblivious Sasuke said, "We can't do anything but wait now. What are you doing?" Hinata let go of him and bravely took off her shirt, "W-w-we should get started on them as soon as possible then." Sasuke gulped as Hinata shyly stripped herself. Her hips swayed as she made her way to his bed. Sasuke couldn't help but lick his lips. He pulled off his shirt and threw it across the room. Sasuke rushed over to Hinata's side, admiring her voluptuous figure. He really was in love with his future wife. He began to place kisses across her jaw, "I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you." Life is an odd creature. Sometimes the expected turns out to be unexpected, and other times it's the other way around. When you add two time travelers from the future, a former avenger, and a princess of compassion, playing with timelines might turn perilous. He would never expect her to be his future, and she would never expect him to be hers. Maybe they're not meant to be together, but maybe they are. Perhaps they only need to be prodded. It was dark and lonely. No one was there. Suddenly there was a boy with red hair and coral eyes (would that be his eye color?) He smiled at me and said "I'm here now. There is nothing to be afraid of." I run up to him and hug him. He hugs back but harder. Then a kunai stuck into my back. I felt hot tears poor out as I asked "why?" He cried to and said "because you would have killed us all of I didn't. I'm sorry f/n I'm sorry!"
