In a world where Mothers don't live long enough to raise their children, Saraphina is the only exception to this rule. Her father accepts Ten million pounds to give his only daughter up for the 'greater good' of humanity. Suddenly Sara finds herself locked and sealed away in an ice pod for ten years to 'protect' her from the outside. Awaking from her Ten year slumber Sara must not only adjust to a new era, new school but to be under the constant scrutiny of her brothers and the Gentlemen's board of science. If that wasn't enough Saraphina finds herself at risk of becoming Justice's plaything. What's a girl to do when she's constantly 'the bug under the microscope'?

Alexia Lambre had never been a truly 'normal' girl, because she had always had the added 'bonus' of telekinesis. At least, some might call it a bonus. Alexia would call it a curse, because throughout her entire life she worried about someone finding out about it and taking her away. Someone did find out about it, but not the government like she assumed would happen. She was soon offered a place at what was called 'The School,' a place for people like her to learn about their powers. When she arrived though, she learned otherwise. She makes friends with the other kids, and they all join up against the scientists at the school, those that like to do tests and even experiments on them. Will the group ever escape the school? Or will the appearance of a new teen and 'experiment C' do them in?
