He looked at me and took the plate from my hand, making careful moves so he didn't touch the tips of my fingers. "Throw it on the ground." I told him. I watched as he threw it down on the ground, pieces of one of my moms plates going everywhere. "Okay. Now what?" He asked me, a hint of impatience in his voice. I walked up to him so we were old inches apart, our noses almost touching. It would be so easy to just kiss him right now.... "Now say your sorry." I whispered to him, letting a tear slip. I felt his gentle hands wrap around me and pull me in closer. Our foreheads touched as he whispered the faithful words, "I'm sorry." I pulled away from him, making sure I didn't cut myself on the sharp shards of glass. "Did it go back to the way it was before?" I asked him, angry tears rolling freely down my face now.
