After the events of Descendants 2, Uma is heading back to the Island, collecting Villains so that she can move and go after Auroradon, but on the other side of the island a strange case is happening, the daughter of Facilier, Felicia Jones is planning to take over and become the new Captain of Uma's ship and sail out of here, since the barrier had a weak spot that only she knew about. But as those plans start to set in motion, the heroes are beginning to have problems of their own....Especially Mal.
