L.A is the worst city that has ever been built, or atleast that is what Selena thinks.
L.A has a lot of crime going on, day or night. From illegal parking to mass murder, everyone in this city is corrupted in their own little way, even Selena.
One day, she gets fed up with all of this and takes matters into her own hands. Selena turns into the vigilante that will save the city, but along the way, more heros rise with her, inspired by what she does. What will happen when the currupted becomes the heros?
