I don't think I can stand to watch Jackson flirt with Lola anymore. Ever since he stood up for me when Popko posted that hippo video I've liked him more and more. He might not be perfect but he's sweet and kinda cute and actually funny sometimes. He tries so hard for Lola, but... will he ever notice me? Maybe if I never moved here... no. I'm glad I moved here. If I hadn't I would never have gotten to experience living in a big family and I never would've been as close with DJ, Stephanie, Tommy, Jackson, and even Max. I love it here... but I don't know if Jackson loves having me here. The thing that bugs me the most is that he said I was kinda like his sister. If only I hadn't have wasted my first kiss on Popko... and my second kiss... and my New Years kiss... I wish it could've been Jackson. But I guess I shouldn't get my hopes up.

I mean, who would be all cool with their roomie that made them cut themselves? But anyways, over time, Alex notices that Thomas isn't the basic bully that he seems, and there's a lot more to him that what he previously saw. And the more of Thomas he saw, the more he started to love him. Would Thomas return those feelings? Or would he make Alex's life a living hell for confessing his feelings? (DISCLAIMER!! I was 11 or 12 when I wrote this and had no grasp on the proper language and behavior for fanfic. I said a lot of inappropriate stuff in this book, and I have altered what I could in light of becoming older and recovering from the really awful experience that made me act out the way I did. Some parts are important to the story, so I can't erase them. But I will put trigger warnings for almost smut and self-h*rm. And maybe some stereotypes and insensitive language, as I was uneducated about lgbtq and how it can be appropriately represented by a straight woman. To anyone I've made uneasy in any way, I'm sorry. I was a real annoying and inappropriate writer. I've been a lot more friendly about my books since this, and my family and friends have helped me see how mentally messed up I was when I was writing this. A while ago on an Instagram live with Madison and Charlie, it was brought up very briefly that Luke and Alex -- when the guys were still alive, that is -- were together. To this, Charlie responded by saying "yea, of course." Furthermore, in a Wikipedia-esque webpage made for Sunset Curve, in the bio section for Luke it states something along the lines of "previously had a relationship with bandmate Alex." This topic was also brought up while Owen was on an Instagram live, where he said that it was something that definitely happened and that they had "something special." A lot of people are pretty sure they were both joking (and i am, too) but the idea of it is cute and leaves a potential back story to be desired.
