It wasn't until I finished my dramatic speech did I notice he was standing a few inches from me. I could smell his intoxicating cologne, and I had to hold back every bone in my body that told me to jump him. I'd really done it now. I had pissed off the underboss, and I wasn't even officially hired yet. ***** Amelia Monet had built an empire for herself. To be fair, there was never a shortage of jobs for an assassin. Leaving quickly from a job Amelia walked past a bar that caught her eye. If she had known how much her life would change after that night would she still have walked through those doors? She still couldn't answer that question. That night became the first time she met Theo Romano, heir to the Italian Mafia, and unfortunately for Amelia it wouldn't be the last. ***** This book is considered mature. I don't want to upset anyone. This is the warning to potential triggers of murder, suicide, abuse, and adult themes.Complete
