The unthinkable has happened. Marinette's worst nightmare has come true, and both her parents are dead. With no living relatives, she's put up for adoption and knows she could find herself living with anyone. But she never thought she'd be with him.

Gabriel Agreste, the most renowned fashion designer in Paris, remembers the skill Marinette has showed in fashion designing and senses an opportunity. He adopts Marinette, hoping to one day use her skills.

That leaves Marinette living with the Adrien Agreste. 

Both Ladybug and Chat Noir have to hide their identities from the other.

Marinette's left feeling alone and miserable. Will her kitty come to his princess's rescue, or will Paris' model save the day? What if they were both the same person? 

Sometimes something terrible can lead to something wonderful...

Marinette is now able to hold a normal conversation with Adrien, so when Adrien gets to know Marinette better, his kwami, Plagg, notices Adrien has started to develop a soft spot for the bluenette. Adrien tries to convince Plagg that Marinette is "just a friend". Meanwhile, Marinette's kwami, Tikki, notices her miraculous holder has developed a soft spot for the feline superhero, Chat Noir. Marinette denies it and tries to convince Tikki that he's again, "just a friend". I do not own any of the characters, they all belong to the creators of Miraculous Ladybug

Marinette has always been there for Paris as Ladybug with the help of the charming Chat Noir. After having a terrible accident, Marinette is unable to help her fellow team mate fight off akumatised victims and without the help of Ladybug's Lucky Charm Paris falls into a state of deep peril. With the burden of Paris growing on his shoulders, Chat Noir starts to slowly give up more and more. As well as when he checks up on Marinette he's all battered and bruised. Unable to deal with the guilt Marinette is faced with two decisions. One, either she stay in bed and let her body recover while Hawkmoth comes closer to winning, or two, she transforms into Ladybug again in the state she is in hoping that it won't be her last battle. I don't own any miraculous characters only the story! I don't own any pictures used (except for one drawing) Highest rankings so far: #17 adrienette #199 depressing #11 dontgo The book is completed, it's just still in the process of being edited.

They have a big fight because of what Plagg said and Mari is mad at Chat for two months and Chat was so hurt during that time but Plagg never told him the truth.
