But sometimes life changes and the people you thought would be there for you are gone. Leaving us alone to make the tough choices of life. It is then that we must choose, left or right? Charlotte is completing year 12. Teachers are on her back about the career path she wants to go down at the end of the year. Her family want her to stay but want her to also do what she wants, even if it means leaving. With the last few months and the stress of finding what she wants to do with her life, her and her group of friends decide to do something fun. Something they can do over the weekends before they graduate and all go their separate ways. But what is fun at the start, might be the reason it all ends. REFLECTION
The main character fell for a popular boy in their high school. For multiple months, the main character has been hiding themselves from this boy, Tal, because they've been scared of what Tal may think of them. After a while of waiting and hiding, Tal finally notices the main character and automatically falls in love with them; they had love at first sight. Slowly this major change affected the main character, their everyday life, and experiences they haven't had before. Their friends leave them and the main character is left with Tal and a few of his friends. The main character doesn't notice all of the changes they have had, and is left alone after something big happens to Tal.Complete

Journey with me back in time as I rewrite the first Journal I kept from when I was in high school, and see that maybe even with how horrible life is most of the times, there are little things spread throughout that make life worth living. My high school experience was full of drama, tears, laughter, and most of all constant search of love, and approval of the people around me. I can't always get what I want in this world. Life is a beautiful mess. It's not perfect, and filled with a lot of disappointments, and heartbreak.
