Once in a far off land, a kingdom was built. This kingdom was known as Fentanyl Kingdom. One day, warriors from another kingdom of magic ere sent out to fight Fentanyl Kingdom. A magic battle was held, and the warriors won. The warriors turned the kingdom to stone, and crumpled it to the ground. A forest is there now, and at the exact middle, a magical barrier rests, keeping the magical destroyers out.
A small wolf lived on that side of the barrier.
One day, a very bad storm rolled in. The pup went to run to safety, but was struck by lighting on its back.
When the poor soul awoke, it was a human Girl, with wolf ears and a tail.

To avoid any conflict or violence, the two kingdoms built a wall between them to avoid any contact. The separation lasted for years until a five year human male disagreed to his kind that anthros are evil. He decided to run away from his abusive parents that were anthro murderers and crawled through a concealed hole in the wall and wanted to coexist with the different race.
