Rhiannon Moorley, a Slytherin, is starting her fifth year at Hogwarts. Being friends with James Potter and the Marauders, she is no stranger to detention and it isn't long before she's back in the place that's as home to her as the Dungeons. But something is different. That something is Hufflepuff boy, Austin Hornby. Yes, a Puff in detention. Specifically for going into the restricted section of the library. He can't take his eyes off her and it isn't long before he starts following Rhiannon around like a puppy. At first, it annoys her but soon she starts to like having Austin around and, unexpectedly, the relationship becomes more.

Meanwhile, James, Sirius, Remus and Peter have perfected something they like to call 'The Marauder's Map'. It's a map that shows where everyone is in the castle. It's a great idea unless you're trying to hide a romance like a certain Slytherin.

This story is based on JK Rowling's characters from the series Harry Potter. I have done my best to be accurate with both timelines and character portrayals, but of course there will be some changes since this is an alternate universe with some original characters inserted, plus, there is only so much written about the marauder's era. The story takes place in the year 1976, the boys are all in their sixth year, and tensions are high at Hogwarts. Many of the students are already feeling the influence of the Voldemort, and it is causing suspicion and division to run rampant within the walls of the school. Sirius finds himself intrigued by a Slytherin girl he'd never taken the time to notice before, and a student transfer from Ilvermorny has caught the eye of Remus. Of course James is still battling for Lilly's attention, hoping to prove how much he's matured over the summer months. Undeniable attraction pulls these students together, but house division, many secrets, and a Dark Lord's growing influence threatens to tear them apart. Will they find a way to conquer their differences and pull together to face the coming war, or will the bonds of friendship fail the Marauders once and for all? Please comment! I don't agree with Rowling's homotransphobic views. DISCLAIMER: In this story: Narcissa and Bella are step-sisters and are not blood-related. The only challenges Harry had to face were stealing the Philosopher's Stone from Lord Voldemort and sending his ghost away in the Chamber of Secret. The Three Wizards Tournament didn't involve Barty Crouch Junior at all and everything went well, in fact Cedric didn't die in the last challenge. Sirius was at Azkaban until Harry went to Elementary school, then he was freed by Dumbledore and was sent home; he needed to prove to the Ministry of Magic he was capable of taking care of himself and only after six years he found out about his Godson. Harry has been living at Grimmauld Place with Sirius ever since he went to Hogwarts. Lord Voldemort hasn't risen completely yet. Luna, Ginny and Astoria are all in the same year. Remus works at the Ministry of Magic and comes to visit Sirius once in a while. Olivia, the main character, grew up half with Bellatrix and half with Sirius, but only in the present time he could win the battle with Bellatrix and send Olivia to Hogwarts.
