Seliel is well....normal. She's like us. A fan of the ninja. Espissaily of the Black one. She has posters, her friends, and her talk non-stop about them and she wants to be like them. Her mother knows where she needs to grow, her father is proud of her achievements so far. Her friends like her and her interests.
So what happens when her heroes don't come?
What happens when her town is threatened and she has to fight?
What happens when she loses an important thing?
They say to never meet your heroes, so what could possibly be worse than that? How about the heroes not even coming.
What emerges when one is left to fight for what they believe?
The answer is the Phantom Ninja.

I don't own Ninjago, whether in the t.v. series or the comic line. Please keep in mind that this is my version of the Phantom Ninja's origin story and the comic version is non-cannon in this. I also own no art in the chapter covers.

In a war between elemental powers and magic... who will win? For several months the crime rates in Ninjago have been silent, ever since the ninjas returned from the Kingdom of Shintaro. However, that's all about to change... When three mysterious figures attempt to steal a strange spell book, the ninjas realize both Ninjago and themselves might be in danger once again. In the midst of attempting to warn their elemental allies of this mysterious new threat, Master Wu is forced to confront a regretful event from his past to find Morro's family, including Ry, his fifteen year old niece and the new master of wind. Suddenly, Ry must leave her family and quiet village life behind to train as a ninja and unlock her newfound elemental powers. However, she soon finds herself thrown into all sorts of obstacles that completely turn her world upside down. All the while, she must learn to overcome her own fears and embrace the changes as she joins Ninjago's heroes in an attempt to stop the new threat to their home. With more questions than answers, the ninjas and Ry suddenly find themselves entangled within a series of treacherous events - all resulting from a forgotten past between the First Spinjitzu Master and a powerful sorcerer. *A Ninjago Fanfiction* *this story occurs after Ninjago season 13, Master of the Mountain* *I do not own anything in Ninjago, such as characters and places* *I only own my ocs, places I've created, & the book plot* *I own all artwork shown, including the cover art, which is all drawn by me* Thank you so much for reading! a silly ninjago fanfic from when i was like 13 - Y/N is a 16 year old girl who has every right and reason to hate the ninja, especially the green one. "Legendary Green Ninja" is what the people call him. "Hero and savior" is his name. If she ever heard you say that, Y/N would punch you. Her father and mother's lives were sworn to be protected, the Green Ninja said he'd make sure of it. But they were murdered - right in front of her eyes. And there was no one to save them. She could never trust the ninja. Not with her life. Not with anything. But when an accident strikes in New Ninjago City, Y/N is practically forced to trust the ninja. It's really no surprise, though. Sometime an event like this had to happen, right? All she has to do is make it through a week with the Ninja, then she's gone, and she'll never have to see them again.
