Leena's plans for the summer after her freshman year of college look pretty bleak. Her parents traded in their childhood home for a cramped RV, her sister is gallivanting through Europe, and she has no job prospects in sight. By some miracle, Leena's best friend, Jazmine has a gig on a luxury cruise ship in the restaurant her father runs, and offers her a job too. She's never even dipped her toe in the ocean, and now, she's living on one. Leena's job is far from glamorous, but it may all be worth it when she catches the eye of Damien. His cocky, performer persona clashes with her quiet resignation, but she can't help but swoon for the handsome musician. She also befriends the eccentric, but hilarious apprentice chef Max and finds herself feeling things beyond friendship for him. Surrounded by sea, sun, and a cast of quirky coworkers, Leena and Jaz are in for a summer of shenanigans, self-exploration, and new love.
