Kyla kept a big secret from Candace, she was depressed and suicidal. Candace had a boyfriend,Derek, of 4 years. They loved each other, they were the talk of the school. I guess you could say their small group of close friends were the "popular" group of the high school. A few weeks before Junior year was over, it went horrible for Kyla and Candace.
