(Y/n) (l/n). What a person. I don't think anyone really knows what to call that enigma. Some say they're a freak. An unfathomable eccentric. Others think they're a no-good liar, or someone shrouded in mysteries. And many think that they're simply clever, for finding such an interesting way to get through life.

Well, I think they're a work of art.

(Y/n) is a master of the art of manipulation, and living proof that looks are deceiving. They get high off of risk and satisfaction from fooling people. A uniquely complex genius. At first glance, they seem like a charming, innocent person with a small frame and a fresh face and an aura that can make even the coldest of people fall under their spell.

But the sugar in their voice is coated in poison. They're smarter than they let on, and they're a master of exploiting people. They tell a convincing lie and can fool even the most perceptive people into thinking they're an innocent, kindhearted person. But on the inside, they're a mad thrill seeker who would do anything for a good adrenaline rush. They take advantage of the people they win over and use them for their own entertainment. They don't care about conforming to society or living a 'normal' life, because what's the fun in that?

Nobody's seen the real them. There's not one person they truly care about; who knows their true character nor person behind the mask they wear. They're a mystery in and of themselves, one that nobody can solve.

Or so it seems. Unfortunately for them, the iconic detective L takes a special interest in them, and recruits them to Japan to work alongside him on the Kira case. (Y/n)'s goal is to win L over and make him their most powerful pawn, and his is to solve the mystery that is them.

I wonder, who would win such a battle of wills?
