Uncontrolled (Legendaries Book 1)

Ollie is a winged-dog, and doesn't even know it. She is known to be aggressive toward others, except her friend Sol. After she dies, she comes back to life, but she's got wings. Now knowing that she was not just a dog, Ollie and Sol try to figure out if there are more of her kind.

Ollie abandons her aggressive ways to find out about her parents and their roots, but that's easier said than done. Ollie believes that she killed her parents, but she learns that her father is still alive and she must seek him out.
