In the story of Horrortale, your unique soul allows you to see WD Gaster who no longer holds a powerful connection with the underground due to the inactive core. After your parents are killed, Gaster makes a deal with you. He will help you extract revenge on your parent's murderer, and in return... you were going to fix the core in the underground. While Sans failed to do it when everyone went insane, you knew what you had to do because well. The creator of the core told you everything that you needed to know. The real trick isn't the resources that you've been gathering during your time on the surface for the job, it's the things that are in the underground that you have yet to obtain. I am not affiliated in any way with fangamer.com. This is my 1st story in a VERY long time. I like to do things a little different as far as reader inserts go. 1. Instead of Y/N for your name, I use _______. Why? Because when I'm reading a story and read Y/N I think Y/N and then have to remember the name of the character I've made in my head, where as if I see _____, I immediately replace it with the name because there is no word for me to read. Love it or hate it, comment. I can be persuaded if the masses disagree. 2. I don't do H/C, E/C, etc., because it does the same thing that Y/N does for me. Instead, I will be as vague as I can on insert character descriptions giving the reader more freedom to imagine what they look like without forcing it down their throats. 3. For undertale specifically, I am more inclined to make monster!reader inserts, because that makes more sense to me. This will not always be the case. If the masses prefers human!reader inserts, comment so that I may be persuaded to do so. Also, feel free to ask for requests. The more requests I get, the more inclined I will be to do more stories. They don't just have to be undertale related. I will give you credit for any requests at the beginning of the story.Complete
