A man named Dallon Weekes had just gotten into a severe car accident and was rushed to the hospital. He ended up in a coma, his nurse, Brendon Urie, taking care of him. No one ever came to visit him, which made the nurse feel concerned for the man. After taking care of the man, the nurse began to get attached to his patient. He wanted to know what would happen to the man when he woke up, where he would go, what he would do. The nurse wished he could get to know the man, but they were unsure if the man would ever wake up.

It was a while later when Brendon woke up again. He noticed a sharp pain in his wrist and saw the swelling. He was pretty sure it was more than a sprain. He stood slowly and was able to walk. "Sarah, wake up. Something's happened," Brendon spoke while gently shaking her awake. Her eyes slowly opened. "Bren, what's wrong?" She asked. "I'm not sure," he said. He helped her to stand when her leg suddenly gave out. She was squeezing his arm tightly. "Bren, what's wrong? I can't walk," She said as worry filled her eyes and voice. "I'm not sure," he said and picked her up. He carried her out of their room, ignoring the pain in his wrist, and into the main part of the bus. Mike, Dallon, Dan, and Zack were all making their way out from the back bunks. He didn't see Ryleigh among them. Kenny, Dan, and Zack seemed to be okay but Dallon was limping, held up solely by Kenny and Dan. "What happened?" Brendon asked them. "I think the bus had an accident." Zack said first. "Brendon, whatever happened, I did something to my ankle I can't walk,"Dallon spoke up. "We'll figure this out, I think I broke my wrist and Sarah can't walk either," Brendon said. Panic was beginning to settle in as Brendon realized no one noticed she was gone. "Have you all seen Ryleigh?" Brendon asked as Sarah held tightly to his neck. All the band members began looking around and Zack checks the bunks. "No, but Brendon, don't freak out. We'll find her. She isn't in her bunk or anywhere on this bus." Zack said. Brendon felt the tears welling in his eyes as reality set in. ***This book is the 3rd book in The Urie's Daughter series. Do NOT read unless you've read the others. There's not a lot of romance to be found in a mental asylum, unless you're Brendon Urie. After almost ten years of a strong, healthy relationship, Brendon and Ryan encounter their first fight as a couple when Dallon enters the picture. Unknowingly, Dallon's turned the world upside down for Brendon Urie, confusing the boy to an unspeakable extent. After 8 years in a mental hospital, and ten years hopelessly in love with Ryan, is everything about to change for Brendon Boyd Urie?
