Blight Academy

Leo is a college drop out who thinks his life is going nowhere. Haunted by the death surrounding him, he makes a mistake that almost costs him his life. The night at Lake Greenwood changes him, either for the better or for the worst. Invited to Blight Academy, Leo is given a second chance. Will he take it or continue to spiral out of existence.

There he meets Thoman, a merman who also has a past that haunts him. Him along with two other supernaturally powered friends help Leo through his transition into the world of the supernatural and along the way learns what it's like to have true friends.

Then comes along Jay, a mysterious vampire that despises Leo when they first meet. Yet later on realises they have more in common then he once thought. They become friends but Thoman disapproves. Will Leo side with Thoman and cut Jay out of his life or will he keep seeing Jay in secret. Yet during Leo's turmoil, more is happening around him then he thinks, sprouting the roots of danger, deceit and death.

"How long?" Ebony asks yet I remain silent. "How long, Jayden!"
"Almost a year now," I say, tense at her silence.
"That's very dangerous, starving yourself like this!" Ebony says, concern oozing off her in waves.
"I can handle it!" I shout, yet my voice wavers. I feel myself shaking and Ebony steps forward, reaching out to me but I back away. Shaking my head and exiting garden-like balcony and rushing down the hall. Ebony stood there alone, wondering what was going through the mind of her precious vampire boy.
