They stay for four years and when they return home, they are the new 'gifted' of each generation. These students become all sorts of wonderful things in society, including heroes .Though Elizabeth is not so sure she is cut out to be gifted. From meeting her roommate in the dorms, to the orientation ceremony where they publicly name your destined gift; Elizabeth may just be in for the ride of her life. Thus, the graduates of the DECK initiative were gathered and each were put through tests designed to help them ascend into the position. In this story, the characters are all rankers from the four high schools and are attempting to qualify for DECK as they go through the qualification test for the program.
