Fate has a cruel way of finding amusement for itself. After all, if everybody had perfect lives Fate would get extremely bored, and Fate didn't want that. So, it messes with people lives, turning their worlds upside down just for the sake of it's own amusement sometimes pushing people to the brink.
Meet Kay Williams, a person who has been pushed to the brink by Fate. Ever since she was born, her life has been on a downward spiral, each event leading her deeper into the pit of darkness and despair in which she wanders. But Fate has decided to give Kay a break and a new life by sending her a gift unlike any other that will change her life for the better. What is this gift that so inconspicuously appears out of nowhere?
