Imagine craters on the moon glowing a fluorescent red. An eerie red light brightens your hometown.  Dear family members, close friends, and neighborhood residents take care-free moments to observe the blood-lit moon. 

And then, the Moon attacks.

The Moon has kept silent throughout human-history and now, it has awakened. Unleashed by an unknown threat - mankind must now survive unpredictable horrors.

Jay is a young, charismatic girl who stumbles across the Moon's true colors. In fear for her life, Jay and her Uncle team up as they adventure to a destructive city. Jay's goal is to reunite with her Mother before the world's end - however, things are far worse than they appear.

I spring towards the house phone, dusty from years of doing absolutely nothing, so I can call the police. I don't make it. Halfway there, I trip on my own pant-leg and face plant on the floor. The woman steps over me and retrieves the phone. She looks at it as if it's a foreign object, "This won't be necessary. All I want to do is talk to you." For some reason, instead of screaming, I stay silent. She smiles and pulls out a chair from the kitchen table for me to sit on. When I don't sit, she says, "If you want to know what's going on, then sit." I think about it for a moment. She hasn't hurt me yet, and I have to admit, I am quite curious as to what's going on. So, call me stupid, but I sit down. "I am from a space organization that protects civilians from . . . outside threats." *** Beautiful cover made by @mahana258! The Blithering. A cosmic horror story about alien imposters and mental delirium in a far off base on a moon in the edge of space. One by one, after a violent dust storm, crew members go missing and start to go insane until they suspect something inhuman is lurking within the base and within the crew members themselves. Our protagonists are a mute woman by the name of Bakree, who is an engineer. Bakree's co-worker, an Australian engineer and larrikin by the name of Eewan and the stubborn but ever vigilant security officer Wes. As the base falls to madness and death, they must fight for their lives in a tense, paranoia-filled few days of no sleep and endless torment. Alien meets The Things meets At The Mouth Of Madness.
