Otto Padilla is a genius. He's never been like the other kids. Most of them have their own voice in their head but he has many. And he listens to his voices even when they get too violent...
When people put him in a hospital and call him psychopath the only ones he can talk to are an eccentric professor, a really strange girl and his own voices...but then he starts to see things and what he sees will drive him crazy.
Who is really insane: he or everybody else?

Well, maybe he isn't as bad as he seems. When Kellin finds out he's pregnant, he's scared about being so close to giving birth and not being able to escape.
