After all, being a Slytherin comes with some prejudices. This story will take place during the marauders time at Hogwarts, all seven years and a few years after, during the war. As you will notice, I made a few alterations in this story that aren't aligned with the original one, but you will soon discover it's way more interesting to change the timeline a bit and put Lucius Malfoy and Ballatrix Black in the same school as the marauders.Complete
Epiphany
Lily's tired of the growing grudge that's taken over Hogwarts. She's tired of the Gryffindor-Slytherin rivalry, of the Marauders and their stupid pranks, of the blood prejudice and even of her best friend, Severus. James is tired too. He's grown sick of this game of pretend, where everyone acts as if everything's fine when it's really not. Its been two years since the marauders have graduated. James and Lily are married with a baby on the way, and Sirius and Peter are very busy with the Order. Meanwhile, Remus is just trying to survive his transitions in such a volatile time. No one wants to hire a werewolf, and the Order isn't well enough equipped to handle the full moons. Dumbledore offers him a position at the Hogwarts library as an assistant. There he can do research for the Order, as well as spend his moons like he did during his school years.
