Carter Harrison is a certified ice queen, moving from city to city because of her mother's job tends to loose it's flair when you can't be in one place long enough to have friends-at least real ones.

After settling down in California with her mom she thinks it's permanent this time until suddenly she's moving again and this time its to the city where dreams are made and hopes are crushed.
