He slept rough in places he didn't know and bagged the kindness of strangers for food. Then he broke international border controls knowing it was the one-way ticket to prison or a colourful removal if caught.

People panicked and tried to survive for as long as they could. Some made it out of cities the others stayed. Our government fell and militias took control. The Monroe militia took over.
