I have lost everyone and everything I cared about because of the curse a tantalizing, selfish and deceitful demon put on me. Now I'm on a mission, to regain my humanity. To convince the demon to set me free of his punishment. To no longer induce the pain and suffering to the people I love.
They have attempted to kill me, poison me, bury me alive. But no matter how much they try.....they cannot tame the fire.
Simone-Renee Walters is no ordinary girl. She is the Fire Deceaser...not by choice but by force. Her former lover and current enemy cursed her with the ability to create and control fire. Even if it means ordering two men to retrieve her from earth and help her develop her powers to fight on their side of the war. But their plans are foiled by Camur, Carnage's sworn enemy, and suddenly things take a deadly turn when Simone-Renee finds herself choosing between killing the demon she hates or joining forces with him to save the underworld and her world. Which will she choose? Will she help without succumbing to any demon's charm and wit, or will she let both worlds collide in the most brutal war ever known to mankind?
