Paranormal
Lily-9 years old I saw the shadow, pulling my covers closer to my body, I whimpered. My hands clutched tightly around the quilted blanket covering my bed. The shadow crept around the walls of my room. Sneaking past my window, and down to the floor. A figure slinking quietly through the night. My eyes squeezed shut as the shadow came closer. Biting my bit, I tried to retreat into my mattress. I felt a line of sparks trail down my arm, and as I opened my eyes I was met by two yellow eyes next to my face. A wolf was standing in my bedroom. Sleep overtook me and my memory paused.

Lily has finally found her mate. After being kidnapped, turned into a wolf and falling down countless trees its about time. Yet, even through all the perfect mushy things, something still seems off. Her mind keeps flickering to a certain somebody and there comes the question of: Was it a mistake? They say that when a werewolf finds their mate, they will be able to identify him from miles away. It comes at an instant. One minute you will still be falling through trees and the next you'll be faced with him. You'll be face with the dark hair, the perfect sculptured face. Everything will be perfect. Every puzzle piece will somehow fall into place and there will be no more sign of loss, anger, betrayal or even hatred. All those feelings will disappear and you'll be confronted with the most glorious feeling of happiness, love and lust. All directed at ONE specific person. Yet, when I dazedly looked at those two wolves staring at me - black spots and dizziness creating six godlike figures, those sirens did not halt as my eyes flickered between them. Here was two men. One I've known my whole life. We've shared a lifetime together. Those chocolate orbs eyes always glinting mischievously. And there was the person I've known for a few weeks. We've shared moments together I could only imagine spending with my mate. But that had only been because of the heat? Or had it been. I slowly blinked once more, my eyelids only becoming heavier. Inside my head my wolf was howling, the sound making the thudding in my head only worse. There were two men. Two equally important. But who was the one I was destined to be with?
