Olivia Sui wakes up to a world where the only information she is given is her name, her age, her gender, and her codename: Agent 313. Working under a sinister organization, she carries out missions day and night with 4 other people, creating the 310's Squad.

But one day when she accidentally misses her monthly dose of Nervio, she starts to remember, which proves to serve a problem to her own life and the wellbeing of the squad members.
