I stomped away from him, furious. The rain made my hair stick to my neck which made me even more annoyed.
    "Why don't you just go to your 'girl of interest'!" I yelled at him. I am done with his crap.
    He came up to me and grabbed my face.
    "You are the girl of interest."

    Jamie Night needs a job to support her drunk mother and ten year old brother. So when she sees the 'Job Needed' sign at the Rent & Read bookstore, she nearly jumps with joy (okay so she does.) She takes the opportunity right away, excited to spend a whole summer with herself and a whole room of books. Oh and Matthew Walker.
    
    Meet Matthew Walker. Heart throb, jock, and by far the biggest womanizer Bolton, Vermont has ever seen. His father, the mayor, is fed up so he makes Matt work at his Grandma's bookstore. Which happens to be Rent & Read.
    
    Jamie isn't hyped up anymore since she has to spend a summer with Matthew and Matthew isn't happy that he has to spend a summer with a nerd. So I guess the feelings mutual. Right?
