18-year-old Mia Nicole Valentine and her childhood best friend Jacob Smith have been on the run for a few years now. Trying to stay hidden from her abusive ex Brad who just wants power and leadership, believing Mia is the key to it all. Mia on the other hand has been on her own since she was 8 years old losing her parents to a terrible fire, never knowing she had more family out there left. During the time of their hiding, she receives a letter from her grandmother she never knew existed, to find out she also has two older brothers. Will she go to them? Will she finally escape her abuser, or will she fall back into his trap? Read to find out!
