To make matters worse the President himself informs her that she has been found 'desirable' by some people and that if she wants her sister's head to remain firmly attached to her body, that she should give them what they want. Insert Finnick Odair. Watch as he teaches her the ins and outs of being a Capitol Slave and shows her the few perks.
