For Stephanie, every day is a gift. An expensive gift. She lives in a post apocalyptic world where everyone on Earth has been infected with a horrible disease and, unfortunately, there is no cure. But there is treatment... expensive treatment. One morning, Steph decides that she no longer wants to have to live in a world where her parents have to work so hard just to buy her more time. So she misses her medication. But when she expected to die a horrible death, something amazing happens: she feels more alive than ever.

But Stephanie is running out of time in a different sense. The Department of Disease control is onto her and she has to decide what she thinks is important to live and die for. Is it friendship, the truth, or love?

In this wild adventure Stephanie is forced to face her biggest fears and figure out if the Disease is all a lie, or if she is somehow immune and the only key to a cure.
