"Hi, I'm Noa." Glancing to my right, I realized the girl was sitting next to me. 

"Um, I'm Delaney." 

"Nice to meet you. It's nice to finally have another girl to talk to. I've been stuck with these assholes here for three years." 

"What, did they kidnap you too?"

At that, everyone turned to me and it was quiet again. Tyde, of course, looked pissed. I was beginning to think he was mad all the time. 

"Actually no. Enzo is my boyfriend and I moved here with them when my parents died."

Oh, that's awkward.

"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have-"

"No, no. It's okay. I understand. It probably seems like that but I'm definitely here willingly." She laughed awkwardly, trying to break the silence. 

I snorted, "well that makes one of us."
