Amanda was deceived by the one she fell for. She is now is on the run from the guy she fell for and his family. She's coming into her powers. Learning to stand up for herself and shes only sixteen. She has to face the darkest of evil's and the one coming to her aide, won't be expected. 

Gabriel is doing everything he possibly can to protect Amanda and make his father and everyone around him including himself believe he feels nothing for her. He's fighting to make his father proud, while trying to choose between good magic and the dark.
