A 13 year old girl with a rare bone disease has a crush on her 20 year old doctor. As she is told she will only make it to 20 years old, she writes a letter to her 15 year old self with the wish to marry her doctor. The girl, Mari, also consults with her lawyer, and makes an agreement that if she fails to marry with the 20 year old doctor by age 16, she will no longer be permitted to  with-go her monthly treatment to keep her alive. 2 years later, the actions that she had done at 13 come biting back at her and the young girl has no idea what she should do to live. Will she survive or has she been doomed by her younger self? And the question that everyone is probably wondering, how will she marry the doctor in 365 days?
