Alayna is just your average teenage girl.

Well she was.

Ever since she turned seventeen, she's been having weird dreams of the ocean.She sees the crystal blue waters with the moon casting above and there's this beautiful singing, always calling her to enter the ocean.

Alayna fights and fights this dream - which feels just like a nightmare.

She's tried everything, from burning sage and incenses, to dream catchers, the dreams always come back.These dreams are taking a serious toll on her school and social life, she's always tired and falling asleep during classes or spacing out during conversations.

One night, one special night.

Alayna can no longer resist the pull of the ocean.So, she goes to the sea in a comatose sleep walking state, following the sounds of the Siren's Call.

That night, something special happens.

She finds out she's a mermaid!

And she's the one in the long awaited prophecy, to the save the Kingdom of Mermaids, the sea and all its life from the dark force that threatens it.

She can't stop it alone.

But, she's got help.

Alayna also has another problem, a certain bad boy has her in his sights and won't stop trying to get her.He's hot, rebellious, rich, and every girls dream, but the problem is, she may be falling for him, putting him in danger as well. She can't fight the bond she holds with him, nor can she fight the attraction, all she can do is pull him along for the ride.

But, someone or something will do whatever it takes to stop her, even if it means taking away everything she's ever known or everyone she's ever loved.

Will Alayna succeed in her quest?
