The souls of two kingdoms, who reign from opposite ends of the earth, cross paths in the isolations of a dark realm...the Upside-down. Each time they enter this realm, their connection to one another deepens, even when they depart into their own regions. 

However, as their connection strengthens, their kingdoms become more hard-hearted towards one another as a result of an evil spirit that escapes into the real world, eventually resulting in an ongoing war and pillage across the great lands of the earth to embark in a final battle to the death. Will these two heirs' connection be strong enough to withstand the destruction and end the war? Or will they too fall into the cycle of battle?
