Haru was born and bred into a wealthy family in charge of one of the leading publishing houses in Japan. His father insists that he pursues a career in writing novels so he could take up the family business one day but Haru's heart can't possibly ignore his calling for drawing manga. In order to get away from his father, but, at the same time, please him, Haru goes to the University of Litterae in England, the institute where his father studied before. At the airport, he meets a girl named Ayame, a famous mangaka in the name of Ichijo Aoi, who has been hiding her popularity. And without knowing, Haru gets drawn to Ayame while they indulge in drawing manga together in the same university up until she disappears one day.
Once Again is a short story that tackles the difficulty of choosing between what you want to do and what you should do, with all the struggles of a heartbreak.
