The Beta is sweet, and he almost immediately claims her as his mate, because she truly is, but when an unknown force tries to break them away... It's his top priority to save her.

PREVIOUSLY CALLED "My Coldhearted Beta" Highest Rank #2 in Werewolf (Idk how though) ▪▪▪▪▪ "I , Jake Anderson, reject you Lily Kim as my mate" "...Do you want me to accept this rejection?" I asked him making sure I don't rush things and crush the small chance of happiness I have. Plus he's going to regret this rejection later because his wolf is going to hate him unless he's like his possessor and doesn't want me. He looks at me confused. I'm pretty calm for someone who just got rejected. It's not like I didn't expect a rejection. He's the Beta of the 'Alpha king' so why should he want a mate like me? I thought I would die before I meet my mate. ▪▪▪▪▪ Involved with the Redmoon pack, Lily Kim has to endure the torture of the scientist, the Redmoon pack is known for their advanced knowledge, potions and more. They use rogues as living test objects, most of them don't live a week. The more suprised were the scientist that Lily lived throught the torture for a year. She was able to escape, but on their way to a new start, she was bound to meet with...complications in form of Lily's mate, the Beta of the Nightfall pack, who didn't seem pleased to see his mate. It takes more than a measly rejection for Lily to give up on a person she has waited far too long for. (A story where you will hate characters, love others, mourn over the fourth wall, laugh your ass off, and HOPEFULLY cry a little...who doesn't like some feels?) ▪▪▪▪▪ I can just say that it might be confusing at first but it has its reasons, once you read further I believe almost all of it will make sense. Warning ⚠️(not what you think pervs) it is unedited and has a lot of grammar and spelling mistakes. (I am very slowly editing whenever I have time) the first chapters might be wonky but it gets better (I think), it is my first attempt in writing after all, so keep that in mind. Also it may contain topics that could be considered triggering (the bloody kind)

Kyara Rivers has had a hard past. Between losing her loving parents to an attack, and running from the foster home she was put in, she had a lot on her plate. The day she found wolf she was a werewolf, she was thrilled, even more considering she was a silver one. Those are rare. She doesn't remember much, and has lived her life enduring every hardship you can imagine. Now, she has stumbled with her former pack: Full Moon Pack. And meets her mate. Aiden Callahan is the next-to-be Alpha of the Full Moon. Everybody remembers the day he lost his best friend, Silver, the day the Alpha and Luna of the pack were killed and their positions were given away to the couple of Beta's. They are not very excited that the true heir has come to reclaim what was hers before. Neither is Aiden. But the mate pull is stronger. And so is her will. "Kyara Rivers" He sneered. "Good having you back as a rogue" "Who exactly are you calling a rogue, Alpha?" She licked her lips. "I preferred to be referred as a Lone Wolf myself" He snorted "What brings you here?" She looked around as frowned. "It feels good, doesn't it? Knowing you stole something?" "I didn't steal anything" He seethed. "You better come back to wherever hole you crawled out of" "Oh, now, now, Alpha," She singsonged. "Jealously is a very ugly feeling" His nostrils flared. "I'm not jealous. I am Alpha" "Really?" She wiggled her eyebrows. "Is that why the aura I'm currently feeling is that of a Beta's?" "Hiding something, Alpha Callahan?" She suggested. ------‐--------------------------------------------------------------- All rights reserved; To the story, I do not own the cover. If it's someone's, please report and I'll remove it. What if mates didn't exist? Instead, werewolves chose who they wanted to be mated to for the rest of their lives during a short period of time once a year. This period was called the Mating Season. Sydney Carrington has already planned her entire life with her chosen mate and her pack's current beta, Will and he was going to choose her as his mate when she was of age in the Mating Season. Everything was perfect until a week before the Mating Season when she encounters a certain Alpha Kingston. Brendon Kingston is the most feared Alpha in the world. Rumours said that he was heartless, able of killing his own flesh and blood. He was incapable of showing mercy or even the slightest emotion except for anger. Never had he chosen a mate before. Until an encounter with a certain she-wolf changes his whole perspective of things. To Sydney's horror, Alpha Kingston steps in to claim her as his own before Will can during the Mating Season. Journey with Sydney as she learns how to deal with being the mate of the most cruel and ruthless alpha ever known. Along the way, could she perhaps learn to love him as well? * * * He narrowed his gaze, "You arrived here yesterday. You can call me Kingston. You're my chosen thus you're my equal." At the mention of him choosing me, anger flared up and I scoffed indignantly. "You chose me? You didn't. You blackmailed me to be with you!" Kingston's eyes turned hard and he warned, "By drinking the potion, you have agreed to be my chosen." I scoffed and glared up at him, "Because you threatened to kill my brother. He's fifteen! Would you really do that? Kill a fifteen year old to get what you want?" I demanded and Kingston simply looked at me with a passive expression. Highest Ranking: #4 in Werewolf 5/3/2016

Highest Rank : #1 in Werewolf Category. When Chriselda stumbles upon the land of the Dawnfall Depths Pack to save her friend, she comes across her mate. She thought that he will run towards her, hold her in his arms and kiss her passionately. But none of these things happen. Her mate doesn't run towards her neither holds her in his arms and neither kisses her passionately. Instead of a loving mate, she finds a cold-hearted Alpha standing in front of her. And they always say that there's a story behind every cold Alpha. [NOTE : Not a Rejection Story. I believe that rejections don't exist in the werewolf world. If rejection existed, then werewolves wouldn't be having mates. I really find the idea of rejecting your mate absurd because mates are supposed to be the one for you, the one you cannot live without and the one who is supposed to be your soul mate. So, don't take this story as another rejection story. Also, I'm working really hard to make this story as non-cliché as possible. If you're bored of the cliché werewolf stories and want to read something unique, then you've selected the right book to read. I hope you'll enjoy reading this story.]
