in a world where everyone is a prey or predator, Dan is the only prey animal in his freind group, leading to many complications, including the big event, where a prey and predator must fight untill one gives up, dan and arins number is the same, they have to fight.
they came up with an agreement, decide each month who will win the battle but unfortunately, one of them is often left hurt, due to having to make it realistic.

It was a normal nation meeting. They held one annually at least 3 times a year. However, this meeting ended up turning the world on their heads. Their parents, the ancients, who have long since passed on cannot stand to watch their children suffer. With this a plan is formed to help, even if only just a little. A messenger from the ancients arrive with a book and wishes of happiness for the nations. They're stuck with no way out, in a space where time is separated from reality. They only have one way to leave, and that is to read. Through this book the true personality of the nations shine through. The Nazis managed to overturn the situation and fight back with much difficulty and got back the countries they once occupied , once secured they put their focus on the east , The Soviet Union . After their first failed attempt called operation Barbarossa , they took their time and held a meeting to solve and create a solid plan and strategy to overcome their mistake . The plan was terrifyingly successful leading for the Soviet Union to surrender and signed a treaty with the nazi Germany. On the Pacific , Japan empire struggled facing the allied forces , fortunately with the defeat of the allied forces in Europe . The morale of the allies soldiers greatly decreased thus resulting in defeat . Fascists Italy has made an improvement on their military techniques and weapons , causing for the invasion of Africa easier and successful . The war has ended . Next , comes the part that everyone hates ; to improve and fix the damages that has happened to their country . Facing the economic crisis and starvation , unemployment and crimes rate . Soviet Union was totally wrecked by third Reich , their military was reduced and replaced by the German's , German's bases was set up and new way of governing was created . Soviet was angered but accepted it in the end , there's nothing he could do . The united states and the great Britain was quiet , the other super power was unable to do anything . Europe has fallen into the grasp of Third Reich , Africa is in Fascist Italy hand and Japan empire controlled the southeast asian countries . They thrived . (Kinda toxic relationships , power couple. Dan gets saved from an oncoming truck that would have taken his life if he wasn't pulled back at the last second. After being saved he suddenly can see numbers floating above everyone he passes by and quickly figured out that those numbers represent the lifespan of that person counting down in seconds. He finds someone who's numbers are lower than everyone else's and realizes he is going to die within a couple of hours. He choices to stay with him as he watches the numbers count down, and hopefully by the time those numbers reach 0, he will be able to stop whatever is going to kill him and save his life.Complete
