In the dark anything can happen.
Eliza is perfectly aware of that. Especially since a traumatic event that occurred when she was younger made her never want to go out anywhere in the darkness.
Years have passed, and now Eliza and the rest of the seniors from her high school are at a ten day camp. However, when the lights go out one night, a chain of mysterious events ensue. The first being the disappearance of Hailey, a girl in her cabin. As they try to find Hailey and whoever could have possibly taken her, Eliza and her friends find themselves in the middle of a big plan that only gets increasingly dangerous the more they uncover.
That's because the dark anything can happen. Like kidnappings...and murders.

The scent of the short teen used to have was gone, replaced with the putrid smell of death and rot that covered the whole room and the killer himself. He was preparing the girl, cutting her body apart and tearing the flesh off the bones, which is why the room was such a mess with her blood. Now, he had the boy in his hands. The hunger overtook him. The sharp pain of large "canine" teeth being plunged into his neck made Cameron scream. It was cut short, his whole body freezing up as the crazy man sunk his large fangs into his neck, ripping a large chunk of the boy's flesh in between his teeth. The pain only got worse when he felt the killer tug harshly, pulling his flesh out... ----- A gang of delinquents becomes lost in a forest, pursued by a frightening masked figure. He hunts them down individually, resembling a stalking wolf, wielding a crude knife fashioned from animal bones. As they struggle to survive, the teens also grapple with the harsh environment that challenges them.
