A couple of months ago, I decided I wanted to write a short story and asked what genre I should write. The suggestions were, Gothic, with Magic, Paranormal and Horror.
This is my attempt at all the above. Except maybe horror. I don't think I managed to get too much horror in this, apart from the heroine's Aunt Helen.

Desires of the Obsessed
Okay, so I'm really bad at descriptions so here's my attempt at a small summary: Basically the protagonist of this story is searching for her friends little sister who's gone missing. Her search brings her to an unsavoury location, and the awful weather isn't helping her out much either. As she journeys deeper she soon realises that her suspicions were correct - an old 'friend' has returned, and this time they don't plan on letting our protagonist get away... So how was that? Not a bad attempt in my opinion, although it could be better... Try it out! Hopefully you won't regret it, otherwise - take care!Complete
