What do you do when your feelings become too much?

They have been best friends for as long as they could remember. Anne and Gilbert discover that this thought to be platonic childhood bond has the potential to turn into something more intimate. Happy endings are all anyone wants in life, but there are always obstacles along the way.

In this story, they will conquer high-school drama, awkward tension, and unexpected events. Childhood soulmates turned infinite lifemates.

The Evolution of Friendship.

I should warn you, however, because this is not the Avonlea you know. This is not the timeline we've all come to love. Let's rediscover their story together.

Living a Life With No Regrets is Dreamlike

5 parts Complete

Gilbert has just lost his father, he is alone and lost, he doesn't know what to do or what his future will look like, he hesitates to leave Avonlea. Anne deeply regrets what she said to Gilbert after the funeral. Following a conversation with Aunt Jo, she decides to go to the boy's house to tell him how she feels. The Cuthberts, seeing the loneliness of the boy, offer him to stay in Green Gables. These children, who will grow up in the same house, will not have a restful relationship between the jealousies of others and the hidden feelings of some. A rewrite of Anne with an "E" based on this major event. [Tagged as completed but failed to push the concept to its conclusion. No cliffhanger though]
