I WAS FAST!!! really

It's one thing to talk about becoming a superhero when you get a superpower and a completely different scenario when you actually get them.
This is not the story of a kid getting superpowers and becoming a superhero or any kind of hero but actually, it's about the superpower and the struggle of a person with such powers to validate and prove his existence and with such hopes writing a letter to someone who could read it and know about him. But why does a person with super powers need to do that?
This is definitely not a fanfiction.
