Should be read as a Preface to Rebellion. This contains the book that many people who live on Anima (the world on which my story Rebellion takes place) have adapted into a wide spread religion.

What do you do when you know the fate of the world is going to rest on the shoulders of a child? Worse. What do you do when you know that child is going to kill you? What do you do when you know that this child fated to save the world, is your very own? You train them of course. Deep from the past, and mythologies and pantheons of old gods, mixed with Fantasy, Adventure, and Science Fiction. This story takes place in a world much like our own. However, unlike our world, the people are not all the same. There are hybrids. Humans that have feline features, dog features, and other animals. Mice who can talk and play an integral role in the formation of the world around them. Bound to their heroes when they meet, they must travel far and wide wherever their hero goes. But this story isn't about the mouse-kin. No, this story is about the transfer of power from one legacy to another, and the struggles in between.
