Look into my eyes. Did you find anything? Try again, harder this time. Now you understand. My eyes show you everything you need to know. They show you that I am strong. They show you that life has tried to hurt me, but I won't let it. They show you I am determined to make things right. The only problem with looking in my eyes is that you won't know everything. Sure, my eyes will tell you most things about me, just not how they came to be.

In this book which consist of poems, entries, and thoughts there are stones in which no one would consider to glance at but also sees a new way to treasure. This book is for those who are in need or curious. This is my atonement. How I write when I need. Now take a look--even if it were just a glance. Who knows? The words that follow may surprise you.
